This morning we were delighted to join students from the Dublin Institute of Technology and pupils from Rush National School as they teamed up to learn how to bake some of Ireland’s favourite breads – Barmbracks and Milk Bread Rolls.

The event was part of a link up between FCBA and DIT aimed at highlighting the opportunities a career in the bread sector offers. 

We were even joined by the RTE news2day team as they followed the progress and interviewed some our budding young bakers. Tune in at 4:25pm today to see how they got on.
