Cinnamon French Toast Sticks

Ingredients
  1. 1 large egg
  2. 2 tbsp milk
  3. 2 slices white batch bread
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. 25g caster sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. sticks of fresh pineapple and mango to serve
Instructions
  1. Whisk 1 large egg with 2 tbsp milk, dip 2 slices white batch bread in until all the egg has been soaked up.
  2. Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp oil and fry the French toast until golden on both sides.
  3. Cut each into 6 sticks.
  4. Mix together 25g caster sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and roll each stick into the sugar until evenly coated.
  5. Serve with sticks of fresh pineapple and mango.
