For the bread rolls
  1. First cut the sides of the bread for the 5 slices. Then roll slightly using a rolling pin, cover it with a damp tea towel and keep aside for 5-10mins.Then add the stuffing in between, add water at the edges and seal it.
  2. Seal it completely on all sides. Apply the melted butter or oil evenly on all sides. Meanwhile preheat oven at 200c for 10mins and bake it at 200c for 15-20mins or till the rolls turn golden brown. Check half way through and turn over if required.
Notes
  1. Calso Says: "A little bit of effort required for these rolls, but like everything, if something is worth doing it is worth doing right… and these are worth it. They can be used as a starter or as an evening snack. And veg straight from the garden will make them even tastier!!"
