1 tbsp oil

300g pack beef meatballs

350g tub tomato & basil pasta sauce

Handful rocket to serve

4 white or brown rolls, halved 



Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the meatballs for 5 minutes to brown. Pour in the sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has reduced and the meatballs are cooked throughout.

Add some rocket to the halved rolls and spoon over the meatballs and sauce.


Cooks tip

Try lamb or pork meatballs, or quorn pieces for a vegan option. Great served with grated cheese melting on top too.
