There’s just over a month to go until National Bread Week 2018! The preparations have begun, and we’ve been busy in the kitchen creating a number of new tasty recipes for you to try out.

Think cheese on toast, but better! We’ve used wholemeal bread, cheddar cheese, sun dried tomato paste and echalion shallots for a slightly sweet taste.

Our moreish posh fish finger sandwich won’t disappoint – it’s proper pub grub at home. Batch bread or crusty wholemeal would be perfect for this recipe.

French Onion Soup with Cheese Soda Croutes
